The Tech Talent Partnership (TTP) was created to change that.

TTP is an employer-led initiative working to strengthen Colorado’s tech workforce by aligning education and training programs with the real-world needs of industry. By bringing together employers, educators, workforce organizations, and community leaders, TTP is building a more connected, collaborative ecosystem to support both economic growth and individual opportunity.
