Driving Economic Impact through Workforce Development
The Tech Talent Partnership is an employer-led initiative designed to fill cyber and IT roles, protecting and empowering Colorado companies and citizens. Traditional hiring processes often overlook valuable talent, so we are committed to unlocking potential by repairing the leaky talent pipeline. By fostering collaboration between employers and the education system, we align education and training programs with industry demands. Together, our goal is to increase economic mobility for more Coloradans, boost economic GDP, and create an evergreen pipeline of reliable, qualified talent for Colorado employers.
